Gareth’s career spans more than 20 years in the Accountancy sector, establishing himself as an accomplished IT Director with strong commercial and financial acumen and a consistent track record in delivering best in class business-critical technology solutions for clients.

Skill-set includes IT operations management, full lifecycle project management, strategy and policy development, continuous improvement strategy, change project delivery, budget management, cross-functional team leadership, and coaching and mentoring.

As Managing Director, Gareth forges trusted relationships and engages with key stakeholders, vendors, clients, colleagues, and senior executives to achieve organisational and project objectives.

Dave West

Dave is Techn22’s Technical Director.

With over 20 years of experience in Managed Services, Dave’s background centres around leveraging the best out of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server Architecture, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, AVD, Exchange, Remote Desktop Services, Citrix XenApp, LAN/WAN support and MS Office applications.

As Technical Director, Dave is well placed to advise on emerging technologies and how they can enrich your IT environment and give a solid return on investment for you and your business.

Josh West

Josh heads up our support desk at Techn22 ensuring all support issues are dealt with in a timely manner with a successful outcome. Building on his previous experience of supporting end-users, Josh commands sound knowledge of the fundamentals of core IT infrastructure including Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and Remote Desktop Services.

Coupled with a keen interest in emerging technology, Josh always makes sure our clients adopt and embrace technology pertinent to your industry or business requirements.

Georgina Swain

Georgina is a creative genius.

As a Chartered Marketeer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and was subsequently a Fellow of the Institute, Georgina can help transform your window to the wider world, unleashing the power of your brand to your clients and audience.

Having also been appointed to the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, getting your message across internally and externally can be a painful process. Georgina’s PR skills can make the difference to success or failure.

Callum Anderson

Callum is a highly skilled IT professional at Techn22, with a strong educational background that includes university studies. 

With a commitment to continuous learning, he has acquired valuable expertise in the field. With two Microsoft exams under his belt, Callum possesses in-depth knowledge of core IT infrastructure essentials such as Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Remote Desktop Services.

As a valuable member of our support desk, Callum ensures timely resolution of support issues, drawing upon his experience in supporting end-users. His passion for emerging technology drives him to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements, enabling Techn22’s clients to adopt and embrace technology that aligns with their industry and business requirements.

Jack is one of our Junior Service Desk Engineers. With a recent 1st Honours BSc degree, he possesses a strong foundation in IT principles and analytical skills. Jack brings valuable experience in communication, teamwork, and adaptability from his diverse background in retail and administration.

Passionate about staying up to date with technology advancements, he is committed to delivering excellent customer service and providing effective solutions.
