The requirement
As an FAC regulated entity, security and compliance was paramount. The foundations for a stable platform were already in place. Our roll was to optimised the platform for maximum efficiently, including its carbon footprint and to mitigate potential cyber issues.
The solution
The platform, based in Azure had some tweaks performed to ensure it is operating at optimal performance. This included upgraded the servers to a better specification whilst at the same time lowering the overall cost.
Additional cyber defences were put in place including Risky User monitoring, Microsoft Identity Protection and Multifactor Authentication.
The migration to Techn22 was seamless and took place over the course of a weekend, with the assistance of the outgoing provider, meaning there was no downtime for the users. This is standard practice for Techn22.
