Beavis Morgan recently approached Techn22 to review their IT Support and advise on staying IT relevant whilst continuing their operation expansion plans across the UK.

The requirement

After many years with the previous Managed Service Provider a change was needed to improve the quality of service. Beavis Morgan is going through a phase of significant growth and technology was key to making this as smooth as possible. They also wanted to enhance the security of their data whilst making their platform more agile and collaborative.

The solution

The solution was pretty simple. Give them a service desk that has knowledge, answers the telephone and fixes the majority of support issues on the spot. Techn22 performed an audit on the Beavis Morgan environment, identified a number of issues that would create an unstable environment and corrected it with some simple upgrades (that actually saved money!) The environment is now stable, meaning fewer frustrating support calls, meaning a happier Beavis Morgan team.

In addition to providing a stable environment, Techn22 also introduced Risky User monitoring and Microsoft Identity Protection. Coupled with Multi-Factor Authentication and Azure based Firewalls, Beavis Morgan are mitigating the risk of potential cyber issues.

The migration was seamless and took place over the course of a weekend, with the assistance of the outgoing provider, meaning there was no downtime for the users. Standard practice for Techn22.
